INAPPME WBL - European Added Value from the Peer to Peer Learning Activity

INAPPME WBL - European Added Value from the Peer to peer learning activity

During the last week the INAPPME WBL strategic partnership (2018-1-IT01-KA202-006882) carried out the second learning activity; it was a peer-to-peer learning activity facilitated by Jani Siirila and Ruut Kaukinen of Haaga Helia University and coordinated by Fabrizio Coccetti of ilmiofuturo. 15 teachers from the European VET schools and 5 in-company tutors participated in the training activity.

Participants, appropriately supported by the facilitators, dialogued about the applying of collaborative and student-centered teaching methods in work-based learning programs experiences.

The peer learning process generated results perceived as very useful by the participants. The dialogue on the different experiences has generated further increase of the level of learning already gained by the teachers in each countries. The sharing and the integration of the different experiences, the successes and the critical issues encountered, has originated the EUROPEAN ADDED VALUE expected by the Erasmus + program.

The INAPPMEWBL Project is in the final months, it will end in April 2021 with the Multiplier Events that, hopefully, can be organized in face-to-face way.
